Presently, the Imhof Family (descendants of Franz Xaver Imhof and Maria Regina Schmidt) is located not only in Brusque, but also in other cities as Balneário Camboriú, Blumenau, Canelinha, Florianópolis, Gaspar, Guabiruba, Indaial, Itapema, Itajaí, Jaraguá do Sul, Joinville, Rio do Sul, Tijucas and Vidal Ramos (all in State of Santa Catarina), and few others can be found in Paraná State, São Paulo State and Rio de Janeiro State.
